Feature film Law of the Land

In a remote Finnish village in Lappland, a retiring policeman gets caught up in between two men trying to kill each other. The confilct leaves the area in a state of vengeance, and while trying to prevent the violence between young men, the policeman is forced to face his past mistakes. Law of the Land is a modern borerline western, set in the Arctic desert of the North, on both sides of the northern Finnish-Swedish border.

    Jussi Hiltunen is an awarded filmmaker from northern Finland. Hiltunen graduated from Kemi-Torino University of Applied Sciences in 2011. His short fil All Hallow's Week was selected to Berlinale 2012 and won several awards in international festival. Law of the Land is his debut feature film.
