Søskenparet Perle og Henrik (8) forsøker å kjøpe en nydelig valp på den lokale dyrebutikken, men får beskjed at butikken ikke kan selge dyr til barn. Skuffet, men ikke knust, pønsker ungene ut en plan for å skaffe seg drømmevalpen. Uten innblanding fra voksne!

    Kristian B. Walters's (b.1969) cartoons and strips have been printed in over 500 publications in 9 countries.  In 2007 he turned his focus to film and has since written/directed/produced a number of shorts. His short films My Bike (Sykkelen Min) and Dot Delight have screened at many film festivals around the world.  He has licensed films to NRK (Norway's BBC) and Aftenposten TV, and sold 5 animation shorts he made to TV2.  His last 3 children's films are available to watch in all Norwegian libraries.  He has also written several feature screenplays.
