Sondre and the Heart follows the Norwegian artist Sondre Justad. We learn that his journey from his young days in Lofoten to his grand concert in Oslo has been anything but luck. Dreams can come true - if you work hard enough and stay true to your heart. Justad brought the Oslo concert tapes together with archive footage to director Trond Kvig Andreassen, who was given free access to all the material. Absolutely everything, from an attention-seeking childhood, to embarrassing teenage anxiety, crushes and sing-along to boy bands in his room. It is a close, intimate and recognizable portrait.
