In a semi-realistic fantasy world with Dragons and Witchcraft, Dina and her family are thrown into the adventure of a lifetime when Nico, the rightful heir to the Kingdom of Dunark, is wrongfully accused of a number of horrible murders. Using Dina as a weapon, Drakan, leader of the Order of the Dragons, has Nico arrested and plots to sentence him to death and thus take control of the Kingdom. But Dina and Nico create an immediate bond and both are now on the run from Drakan, his army and his terrible dragons.
