They live in a railway tunnel. They have a badger in the ceiling. They sing and play music and quarrel over the tiniest things. Its business as usual for Tootson and Ludiwood until a young lady suddenly falls off the train - and appears in their tunnel.
This young lady is Amanda, daughter of the brilliant professor Felle, who is being held captive by the horrible Rasputin. Rasputin wants to force professor Felle to create a sinister serum that turns humans into marionettes. If he succeeds, he will quickly take control of the whole world. Amanda needs to rescue her father, and time is short. Tootson Ludiwood quickly offer their help.
Together with the Badger, a coat stand and plenty of other useful items the trio sets forth on a railway trolley without brakes. The journey takes them through beautiful Norwegian scenery and well-known songs towards the hideous city of Bergen, where the battle for world domination will take place.
Will they rescue the professor in time? Can their friendship last when a smitten Ludiwood chooses to help Amanda instead of Tootsons kidnapped badger? Would Amanda fare better perhaps without the help of Tootson Ludiwood? And what happens to badgers who are flushed down a toilet?
From the directors of Christmas in Pinchcliffe, Kurt Turns Evil and Ploddy the Police Car on the Case comes this zany, musical roadtrip for the whole family, written by and made in collaboration with the original Tootson; aka Oystein Dolmen. The cherished songs of Tootson Ludiwood fit right in among the wild antics and bizarre episodes in a race to the finish where no less than the free soul of humanity is at stake.
